This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit top1marketing.co.uk (the “Website”), contact us, book a call or use our Social Media Reels and WA Scheduler services, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have. We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
Top1Marketing is a trading name of PSC Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11296786, with its registered office at 282 Telfer Road, Coventry, England, CV6 3DR.
PSC Marketing Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is in progress, and we will publish our registration number here once it has been issued.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, email hello@top1marketing.co.uk or write to us at the address above. We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer, and our director handles data protection matters directly.
This policy covers personal data we decide how to use: data about visitors to the Website, people who contact us or book a call, our customers and their staff, and people who receive our emails.
If you received a message sent through WA Scheduler: the business that sent it is the controller of your data, and we only process it on that business’s behalf, as its processor. Please read that business’s privacy policy and contact it directly about your data or to stop receiving its messages. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request on to the right business.
Our free resources are delivered through pascaandreea.com, which is also operated by PSC Marketing Ltd and has its own privacy policy describing the sign-up forms and email tools used there.
Please avoid sending us sensitive information (such as health details) unless it is genuinely needed for your Reels, and make sure anyone else who appears in your footage knows you are sharing it with us.
We may receive basic details about you from a booking or payment provider when you use their service to deal with us, or from a colleague who refers you to us.
We only use personal data where the law allows. The table below shows what we use it for and the lawful basis we rely on under Article 6 of the UK GDPR.
| Purpose | Data used | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Replying to enquiries, booking and holding free calls and demos | Contact, enquiry and booking details | Taking steps at your request before entering a contract; our legitimate interest in responding to people interested in our services |
| Providing Social Media Reels: writing scripts, editing footage and delivering Reels | Business information, footage, contact details | Performance of our contract with you (or with your business) |
| Setting up and running your WA Scheduler dashboard, and providing support | Account data, communications | Performance of our contract |
| Taking payments, invoicing and keeping accounting records | Customer and billing details | Performance of our contract; compliance with our legal obligations (tax and company law) |
| Sending service messages, such as delivery notices, renewal reminders and changes to our terms | Contact details | Performance of our contract; legal obligation where notice is required |
| Sending marketing emails about our services and free resources | Name, email address, email engagement | Your consent, or, for existing customers, our legitimate interest under the PECR “soft opt-in” (see section 5) |
| Showing your Reels, name or results in our portfolio or case studies | Edited Reels, name, business name, results | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Keeping the Website secure and working, and preventing fraud and misuse | Technical and usage data | Our legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable website and service |
| Understanding how the Website is used and measuring our advertising | Technical and usage data from optional cookies | Your consent |
| Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, and responding to lawful requests from authorities | Any relevant data | Our legitimate interest in protecting our business; legal obligation |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed our interests against your rights and expectations. You can ask us for more details of that assessment at any time.
If you do not give us the information we need to provide a service, we may be unable to provide it. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
We will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in (for example, when you request a free resource) or if you are an existing or recent customer and we are telling you about similar services of ours, in which case you were given the chance to opt out when we collected your details. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing hello@top1marketing.co.uk. Unsubscribing from marketing will leave service messages about your account or orders unaffected.
We will only contact you on WhatsApp for marketing purposes if you have given us your number and agreed to hear from us there.

We may keep data for longer where we need it for a legal claim or the law requires it.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, strong passwords with two-factor authentication on our key accounts, and limiting access to people who need it for their work. Data sent over the internet can never be guaranteed to be completely secure, but if we become aware of a breach that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will tell you and the ICO where the law requires.
