Straight answers before you choose your plan.
Can I send personalised private WhatsApp messages?+
Yes. You can import a contact list and prepare personalised private messages for people who have agreed to receive this kind of communication. Respect opt-outs and WhatsApp rules. Unauthorised automated or bulk messages can result in account restrictions even where contacts have opted in.
Can I import any phone number database?+
No. Only import lists that you are entitled to use for WhatsApp messaging, with the necessary permissions and privacy notices. Uploading a CSV file does not automatically give you permission to market to everyone on it.
Does my laptop need to stay on?+
No. Once your WhatsApp account is connected, scheduled messages are sent without needing to leave your browser or laptop open.
What happens if WhatsApp disconnects?+
Sending depends on your WhatsApp connection staying active. Your dashboard shows sent and failed messages, and our technical support can help you reconnect if needed.
What happens during setup?+
We prepare your own WA Scheduler dashboard, help connect your WhatsApp account and get things ready within 48 hours.
Can messages repeat automatically?+
Yes. You can schedule one-off updates or choose recurring messages for regular announcements and reminders.
When will I be charged?+
For monthly and annual plans, there's a fixed £100 fee to set up your own dashboard. With the monthly plan, you pay £30 a month from month two. With the annual plan, you pay £300 in the second month for 12 months' access. Lifetime is one payment of £600, including setup.
